BLUE heart-throb Lee Ryan has been caught on film having sex with a groupie on a pool table in a recording studio.
Lee, 20, invited in the girl - who had been waiting outside all day - after finishing a session with band members Antony Costa, 22, Simon Webbe, 24, and Duncan James, 24.
But the blond singer didn't know he was being filmed by security cameras inside the building.
Caretakers found the tape the following morning along with empty coke cans and a used condom.
The tape is now believed to have been recorded over.
An insider said: "When the cleaners came in the next morning, the place was a bit of a tip and it was obvious there had been a party.
"Then they found a used condom on the floor next to the pool table. They were really curious so they went to look at the CCTV camera recording of the night before and found images of Lee having sex with a girl over the pool table.
"They were a bit shocked to say the least. Lee obviously didn't realise he was being filmed.
"Word soon got around and quite a few people have seen the tape and had a bit of a laugh about it. It was the talk of the studios the next day."
The manager for Stanley House Studios in Acton, West London, which Blue use regularly, declined to comment on the incident.
It's not the first time Lee has been in trouble for having sex in a public place. In May he romped with a blonde in the Soho House villa toilets at the Cannes Film Festival.
But their passion was cut short by security guards after guests complained of strange noises in the loo. Embarrassed Lee and his dishevelled conquest were asked to leave immediately.
And earlier in the year Lee disappeared into a private room next to the DJ booth at Chinawhite nightclub in London with two female fans. Bandmate Simon kept guard as bodies could be seen moving around inside.
Lee had an on-off relationship with Atomic Kitten Liz Mclarnon for 18 months.
But since the pair split for the umpteenth time in March, Lee has been determined to enjoy the single life with a string of beauties.

Blue singer's romp to be included on Christmas DVD

Rumours circulating lately have at last been confirmed by heartthrob boyband, Blue's record company and management.
After reports in the press that the lead-singer in Blue, Lee Ryan, enjoyed a groupie session on a pool table had been caught on CCTV rumours about the 2 hour session started to circulate.
It seems that Lee, one of the bands heartthrobs, isn't embarrassed over the incident at all:
"Nah man, it's just sex. Natural and all that innit'?"
It appears that the rumours of the singer's romp are actually true as management soon confirmed this:
"We get the impression that the majority of Blue fan's will enjoy this extra - however we will only include this on the DVD with the 18 certificate. There will be a clean version available also"
The Blue singer joked about giving it to his mum for a Christmas present.
